How is Total Time Worked calculated?
We subtract your break duration from the total time between your shift start and end. For example, a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift with a 60-minute break gives you 7 hours worked.
Does this handle overnight shifts?
Yes. If your end time is earlier than your start time, we automatically treat it as a shift crossing midnight. For example, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM is calculated as 8 hours.
How is Gross Pay calculated?
